Frequently asked questions

How do I order?

For all of our standard bakes, you can use the website to make your order on the 'SHOP' page. If you want to enquire about a bespoke cake or an event, then please use the contact form, on the 'Contact' page and we will be able to discuss your requirements in detail.

How many flavours can I choose for my bakes?

For Brownies, Blondies, Cookie Cups, Rocky Road and Crownies, you can choose two toppings/fillings from our extensive range. For Bespoke orders, we will work with you to get the best flavour combinations for your cakes and bakes!

How do I pay?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our online store. We also accept paypal too! At events, we can take card payments via contactless payment or payments by cash.

How do you send my order?

Our treats are posted with Royal Mail 1st Class and can take up to 5 days to arrive, although we anticipate a 1-2 working day postal turnaround, based on our previous experiences. Due to the current situation there may be slight delays, but we are working hard to ensure your treats arrive with you as quickly and as safely as possible. We ship on Tuesdays. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Tuesdays too. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds / replacements once your package has been dispatched with Royal Mail. Please ensure that the postage details you enter are correct. If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, you will still be charged as all items are made fresh to order.

What about Refunds and Cancellations?

All bakes are made on a Monday, if you wish to cancel before your bakes have been made, a deposit charge will be deducted from the refund amount of 50% of the total order value, as you can appreciate, stock will have been purchased in order to make your bakes. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we require the bakes back, in order to allow us to evaluate the products and assess the reasons for any dissatisfaction. Once this analysis has been completed, we will then be in a position to offer either a partial or full refund, depending if any issues with the process/ingredients have been identified. The customer will be required to return the bakes at their own cost. If a refund is granted, based on the detail above, then the postage paid by the customer, will be refunded along with this. We reserve the right to not accept or process an order for any reason. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been debited, we will notify you by email and refund you in full. If you have booked us for an event, please refer to the refund / cancellation policy in your proposal document.
